Selwood has reached agreement in principle to sell Selwood’s Plant Hire operation to Morris Leslie.
This follows a strategic decision by the board to focus on Selwood’s successful core business of engineered pump solutions, fluid handling and water treatment.
Morris Leslie is a highly-respected and reputable business in the plant hire industry, and this transaction will ensure continuity of employment for our dedicated teams, and uninterrupted service for our customers.
We expect to complete the transaction in August and will keep plant hire customers informed.
