Selwood underlined its commitment to a safer working environment by supporting a training session for motorway workers. When Balfour Beatty and Selwood long standing customer MJ Church civil engineering needed a dumper truck for their ‘Be safe while working on the motorway’ demonstration session for M3 contractors, we were delighted to help out.
Staff at Selwood helped raise hundreds of pounds to support young carers and vulnerable children by running a raffle to win a games console. Nigel Apps, Selwood’s Chief Financial Officer, chose the Honeypot Children’s Charity, based in The New Forest, to benefit from the draw, with an Xbox One S as the prize for one lucky winner. The charity offers respite breaks and support to young carers and vulnerable children between the ages of five and 12, offering them a break from the stresses of home.
We are delighted to launch a new addition to our market-leading range of S150 pumps, designed to offer improved performance while meeting stringent new emissions regulations. The new version of the S150 solids-handling unit contains an Isuzu 4LE2X diesel engine and has been designed in accordance with the EU Stage IIIB emissions regulations and the EPA US Tier 4 Final Regulations, which apply to North America.
We are teaming up with our long-standing North American and Canadian distribution partners to showcase our market-leading contractors pumps at ConExpo 2017, one of America’s largest trade shows.
