The year 2016 is a very special one for Selwood and we're going to be celebrating it in style at IFAT, the world’s leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management.
Selwood will be marking 70 years since the company was founded with a special stand at the event, which runs from May 30 to June 3 at Messe München exhibition centre in Germany.
To mark our Platinum anniversary year, our stand, to be found at IFAT on A6.127, will feature a platinum-wrapped D100 Super Silent drainer pump.
And as well as the 70-year milestone, we will be celebrating the newest addition to our world-leading family of solids handling pumps – the brand new S150M.
The S150m is a versatile medium head pump, suitable for multiple uses including sewage and sewer bypass and over pumping, waste and wastewater applications, long distance water transfer and dewatering for sites and quarries. A brand new CAT C4.4, Stage IV/Tier 4 Super Silent S150M will be on display at the show.
Featuring our trademark reliability and proven Selprime automatic self-priming technology, it complements our existing S range of solids handling pumps and was introduced in response to demand from customers and distributors for a versatile medium head pump to strengthen our comprehensive range. Selwood is working with its global network of distributors to feature the S150M in its line-up of products for sale and rental around the world.
Several of Selwood’s key European distributors will be joining the team on the stand at IFAT, ready to talk through visitors’ needs.
Other pumps on the stand include a S100 Seltorque body unit, cut away to enable visitors to see how their pumps work; a Seldredge 150mm Hydraulic Submersible screw pump for dredging and lagoon clearance applications; and a PD75 – one of the company’s most iconic pumps, used worldwide.
Show attendees will also be able to see a Seltorque S100 Super Silent solids handling pump on the Rain for Rent stand, B1.113 – they’re one of Selwood’s strategic partners and a global supplier of tanks and filtration equipment.
More than 135,000 visitors from all over the world are expected to attend IFAT, the world’s leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management.
