Position
We are looking for a Key Account Manager with extensive knowledge of the South West Region within a similar industry. With successful management and development of new and existing accounts, this pivotal role will work with large customers and organisations, ensuring Selwood understand and meet their requirements, integrating their internal processes and procedures with our own.
The Key Account Manager will have previous tender and re-tender experience, and in-depth experience of developing and nurturing existing relationships with individuals within large organisations and all types of contractors, along with our own branch based teams supporting the customer.
This position requires effective and appropriate communication skills along with the ability to demonstrate initiative and creativity to achieve and succeed above others is essential.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of account management including regular review meetings and delivery of KPI’s, this role demands experience of procurement and purchase order systems, invoicing and credit control management, QHSE procedures, and the ability to maintain excellent customer service in every aspect.
