Radio presenter Andy Jackson paid Selwood's Head Office a visit to pick up a cheque for the Wave 105 Cash for Kids appeal.

Selwood staff held a range of fundraising events to support the charity. Pump sales administrator Sam Hanslip gave up buying Costa coffees and donated the money to the appeal, while extra funds were raised by her colleagues through a staff tuck shop, Grand National Sweepstake and football cards.

The appeal, which supports financially, socially, emotionally or physically disadvantaged children across the south, is a cause particularly close to Sam's heart because her son has recently been diagnosed as on the autism spectrum.

A charity spin event was also held to support the appeal, which distributes cash grants to help young people across the south. Fundraising continues to take place across the sales and rental teams.
