Site Maintenance Operative - Chandler's Ford (Maintenance) (ref R612)
This is a full-time, permanent position
We require a skilled Plant Fitter to service, repair and test as required a wide range of construction plant (including Powered Access equipment) small tools and ancillary equipment.
The successful candidate will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).

We seek a building maintenance operative, with substantial commercial property experience to join our small team supporting and maintaining our 10-acre, multi functional site.
As plumbing and building maintenance and repair tasks are undertaken in-house, the successful candidate will be capable, adaptable, and flexible in these aspects.
Experience of electrical tasks is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to gain further electrical experience with a view to taking and passing the 17th Edition and PAT testing qualifications.
