Site Services Manager - Chandler's Ford (ref R610)
This is a full-time, permanent position
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall site safety of the buildings, workshops and operational yard across a 10 acre site. Safety and environmental issues are therefore paramount. Leading a small team for maintenance and services on site this is very much a hands on role.
Day to day activities will include
• Manage the various contracts relating to the service providers on a cost effective basis
• Ensuring compliance on site with Company procedures relating to QHSE & environmental matters
• Assisting in projects and other matters as required

Essential Skills Required
• A minimum of 5 years’ facilities experience in a similar role on a large, multi-functional site
• Good understanding and practical working experience of environmental health & safety legislation
• Good communication skills, along with organisation & planning, problem solving and the ability to lead a team
• Experience of Microsoft Office and Outlook and general PC literacy
